- Career application data: Work experience, current role, LinkedIn profile URL, notice period and cover note submitted through the Careers page
- Affiliate application data: Company name, RERA agent ID, partner type, operating city, expected volume and network description submitted through the Affiliate Program page
- Messages and correspondence: Any content you include in the message or description fields of our forms, or in WhatsApp and email communications with our team

- Legitimate interest: We process usage and analytics data on the basis of our legitimate interest in improving our website and services. This does not override your rights as a data subject.
- Legal obligation: We may process and retain data where required by Indian law, including tax records, court orders and regulatory obligations.
