By accessing or using this website, calling our contact numbers, submitting an enquiry form, attending a site visit arranged by us, or engaging our services in any way, you agree to these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, enquirers, buyers, investors, affiliate partners and any other users of the website or services.

These Terms are to be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect and use your personal data.

Role of Chanchals

Chanchals is a real estate consultancy and RERA-registered channel partner operating in Delhi NCR. We are not a developer, builder, promoter or owner of any of the properties or projects listed on this website. This distinction is important and users must understand it before relying on any information on this site.

Our role is to:

• Provide information about projects from registered developers to prospective buyers
• Facilitate introductions between buyers and developers
• Assist buyers with site visits, shortlisting, and advisory during the purchase process
• Provide general market information and research on Delhi NCR real estate

All property transactions are entered into directly between the buyer and the respective developer. Chanchals is not a party to any purchase agreement, Builder-Buyer Agreement, or financial arrangement between you and the developer. Any commitments, guarantees or warranties regarding the property must be obtained directly from the developer in writing.

Use of the Website

This website is made available for your personal, non-commercial use for the purpose of exploring and researching real estate options in Delhi NCR. You may access and use this website subject to the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements under Indian law

All prices, rates, unit configurations and availability information displayed on this website are indicative only and are subject to change without notice by the respective developer. Chanchals does not control developer pricing and cannot guarantee that any quoted price will remain valid at the time of your booking.

The confirmed price and availability of any specific unit is determined only at the time of actual booking with the developer, after payment of the booking amount and issuance of a booking confirmation letter by the developer.

Chanchals makes reasonable efforts to keep pricing and availability information current but does not warrant the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any such information.

No Investment or Financial Advice

Nothing on this website -- including project listings, market analysis, Insights articles, price trend data, rental yield estimates, or any advice given by our team verbally or in writing -- constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

Enquiries, Data and Communications

When you submit an enquiry through this website, call our contact number, or message us on WhatsApp, you consent to being contacted by Chanchals and, where relevant, by the developer of the project you enquired about, via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email in connection with your property enquiry.

This consent applies even if your number is registered on the National Do Not Call (NDNC) Registry under the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations, 2010. By submitting an enquiry you expressly waive any registration under NDNC for the purpose of receiving property-related communications from Chanchals.

We will not share your personal data with third parties other than the developer of the project(s) you have enquired about, or as required by law. For full details of how we collect, use and protect your data, please read our Privacy Policy.

Chanchals does not charge buyers any fee for the consultancy, site visit or advisory services provided through this website. If any person claims to represent Chanchals and requests a payment from you, please contact us immediately on +91 99997 76533 or info@chanchals.com.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Chanchals, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from:

• Any property transaction entered into on the basis of information from this website
• Delays, defects, or defaults by any developer or builder

• Any false, misleading or fraudulent information submitted by you through this website
• Any claim by a third party arising from your conduct in connection with the use of this website or our services

User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising from these Terms or from your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India, and you irrevocably consent to that jurisdiction.
